Once the payment has been received, we will ship your order ASAP. Please keep all payment record for reference. 


Delivery

Hong Kong 

  • For any purchase over HK$500 (except furniture), we offer free local delivery (limited to Hong Kong only). Free delivery does not include remote areas, islands, and address without lift access. 
  • For any purchase less than HK$500, extra local shipping cost $60 is required.
  • Delivery will be arranged within 7 days after successful purchase (except pre-order items or furniture), delivery date has to be referenced to the local courier schedule.
  • For particular pre-order items or furniture, delivery time may vary from 10-14 days, please check with our Customer Service team.
  • For areas that are not supported by SF Express or local courier, please contact us directly for other arrangements.

Mainland China and Overseas Areas

  • We can send you the order by courier service at your cost.
  • For orders deliver to Mainland China, your orders may be subject to taxes and/or additional charge, Import Trade Declaration or ID copy may also be required for customs clearance. 
  • If orders returned to us due to customers’  failure to pay tax or handle import trade declarations, customer will be responsible for all the associated costs (i.e. the returned shipping fee, resending shipping fee, etc). Please read the rules posted by China Customs.

Returns Policy 

For Purchased Products

  • Customers shall report any product quality issues within 7 days from the purchased date (or delivered day) by email with supporting photos.
  • All exchanged items shall remain in good shape and return together with sales receipt, original packing, labels, accessories, free gifts, etc.
  • For any opened items, no return or exchange is allowed.
  • For any issues reported after 7 days will not be exchangeable.
  • Transactions are considered to be completed after 7 days from the purchased / delivered date, and no legal liability should be borne by HOHOLIFE.
  • No refund on all purchases.
  • Unless it is product quality issue, no exchange will be offered.
  • HOHOLIFE reserves the right to suspend, vary or terminate the above offers at any time and amend the terms and conditions therefore from time to time. In the case of any disputes, HOHOLIFE reserves the right of final decision.
  • In case of any discrepancy between the English and the Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
